The Boggs Center collaborates with the Division of Developmental Disabilities and related stakeholders to enhance the quality of services and supports. With expertise in quality assurance and evaluation, faculty and staff partner with state systems and stakeholders to strategize effective ways to assess for quality, communicate the results of quality measures, and identify methods to improve the services and supports for people with disabilities and their families.

Personal Outcome Measures^® Trainers, certified through the Council on Quality and Leadership, conduct training to help organizations assess their services against the needs and desired goals of the people they support.
