Take the Direct Support Professional (DSP) Competency Survey by August 17th to share your thoughts on the skills and competency needs of NJ’s DSPs! Through this survey, The Boggs Center on Developmental Disabilities, in collaboration with the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), is seeking input to inform recommendations made by the NJ DDD Money Follows the Person (MFP) DSP Competency and Capacity Building Steering Committee and to help in the development of a Statewide Career Pathway for DSPs.
