The Boggs Center is part of a national network of federally designated University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD) and Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related (LEND) Disabilities programs. These programs are designed to empower states, support systems change, and build capacity to best address the needs of people with I/DD and their families through training, interdisciplinary education, research, service, and development of trusted informational resources. Proposed federal funding cuts threaten the work of UCEDDs and LENDs across the country.
