Joyce Jelley is a Senior Training and Consultation Specialist for Community Supports projects at The Boggs Center on Developmental Disabilities. Joyce provides training, consultation, and technical assistance around support coordination, as well as education for family members. Prior to her work at The Boggs Center, Joyce provided community-based supports for individuals with disabilities for over 20 years. She was formerly a Director of Support Brokering and Case Management in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has been a Director of Employment Services for an organization assisting people with hearing and visual impairments. Joyce received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from University of South Carolina.
