Jocelyn Muse-Taylor is a Training and Consultation Specialist for the Community-Based Instruction (CBI) Project at The Boggs Center on Developmental Disabilities. She provides training and technical assistance regarding best practices in implementation, management, and sustainability of CBI.

Before joining The Boggs Center, Jocelyn served south Jersey in the social services sector for ten years. She worked as a care manager, supporting youth with emotional and behavioral challenges in connecting with community resources, an investigative family support specialist with the NJ Department of Children and Families, and as a program coordinator at Rutgers University where she advocated for youth involved in the criminal justice system. Most recently, Jocelyn was employed as a school counselor at a charter school in Camden where she partnered alongside her students to provide them with academic, social and emotional support. Jocelyn is a natural advocate, always putting the best interest of the youth and families she has served first.

Jocelyn earned her Masters of Education with a specification on Adult and Continuing Education from Rutgers University as well as her Bachelor’s degree Sociology and Social Justice.
