Gayatri (Guy) Pandya is the Senior Accountant at The Boggs Center on Disability and Human Development. Gayatri specializes in financial reporting, budget oversight, and compliance across multiple funding sources. She manages grant and endowment budgets, ensures compliance with GAAP, and supports financial reporting for federally and state-funded projects. Gayatri collaborates closely with project directors, Rutgers Health financial teams, and the university’s Office for Research and Sponsored Programs (OSRP). Gayatri earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University. She has over 17 years of experience working at Rutgers University.
